SENTRAL RESIDENCES
2017
Located in one of most strategic location in Kuala Lumpur city, this 3000sf apartment provides an expansive and unobstructed panoramic view of the KL skyline from its wide balcony. The design portrays the Chinese heritage of its owners, reflected through the neo-modern Chinese approach throughout the space.

Inspired by the art-architecture-space relationship, the interior design utilises three main walls in the living and dining spaces as a blank canvas, while keeping the overall spatial design minimal. These walls are articulated with rich expressions of different materials. A large elegant and natural book-matched marble wall adorned the TV wall with multiple cut-to size bevelled edged mirror detailing, while the dining wall was painted with specialist painted textured paint enriched with timber moulded detailing and a large circular flower pattern mirror decorative piece as a focal point. To further express the bespoke space, an artist commissioned mural wall of Chinese art stands out as the highlight of the space.

Overall, the interior comprises a lot of detailing and elements, however the overall uncluttering, expression of materials and a good combination of furniture, truly reflect the neo-modern Chinese style and certainly a bespoke interior for the owner
